We specialize in harnesses with complex geometries. Using Cad-driven form-boards, we rout wires to match your chassis constraints perfectly.
- Ultrasonic Welding: For reliable, low-resistance splicing of multiple ground or power lines
- Dimensional Accuracy: Tolerances held to +/- 0.5" on overall lengths (or tighter per spec).
- Connector Variety: Mixing power, signal, and data (CAN bus/Ethernet) in single bundles.
Protection & Finish
Harnesses must survive their environment. We offer a wide range of coverings to protect against abrasion, heat, and fluids while looking professional.
- Machine Braiding: Nylon or Nomex braiding for a rugged, flexible, and high-end finish (common in military/automotive).
- Looming: Split loom (polyethylene or nylon high-temp) with appropriate breakout tees.
- Heat Shrink: Adhesive-lined transitions and boots for IS67 sealing.

We never "guess" if a harness is good. Every unit is plugged into a mating test fixture before it leaves our floor.
- Continuity & Shorts: Instant detection of miswires or shorts.
- Component Verification: Testing for presence of diodes, resistors, orcapacitors integrated into the harness.
- Labeling: Every harness is labled with part number, revisons, and serial number for tranceablity.
