Power delivery is critical. A bad crimp causes resistance, heat, and failure. We utilize hydraulic and pneumatic crimping presses capable of terminating up to 4/0 AWG cable and gas-tight reliability.
- Heave Gauge Processing: Automated cutting for up to 2/0 cable ensures precise lengths for tight routing.
- Ruggedization: High-temp loom, braided sleeving, and adhesive-lined heat shrink for moisture protection.
- Application: EV Power Distribution, Ground Straps, Solar Inverters, Off-Road Aux Power.
RF & Coaxial Assemblies
Signal integrity determines system performance. Our coax processing maintains impedance control and shielding effectiveness. We process RG-58, RG-174, RG-316, LMR-400, and semi-riged cables.
- Precision Stripping: Multi-step rotary strippers prevent damage to tjhe dielectric and shield.
- Connector Types: SMA, BNC, TNC, N-Type, MCX, FAKRA (Automotive).
- Testing: VSWR and Insertion Loss testing available upon request.
